Dervia House is situated in a quiet residential area just a short walk away from the centre of Braunton.

From the Village Centre take Heanton Street (Next to Natwest Bank). At the top of the road turn left then right at the mini roundabout into Lower Park Road. Continue along Lower Park Road and take the lane on the left just after Tyspane Nursing Home. At the top of the lane turn left. Dervia House is situated 150yds on the left hand side.

By Car

From Barnstaple follow the A361towards Braunton and Ilfracombe. Continue along the A361 after Chivenor Service Station for approximately 400yds. Just after the 30mph signs as you enter Braunton turn right into Wrafton Road. Continue for 3/4 mile along Wrafton Road until you reach a mini roundabout. At the roundabout turn right into Lower Park Road. Continue along Lower Park Road and take the first left after Tyspane Nursing Home. At the top of the lane turn left. Dervia House is situated 150yds on the left hand side.

Off road parking is available directly outside.
