Accommodation

Dervia House is set on three levels with the main day rooms on the upper floor taking full advantage of the views over the Taw/Torridge estuary, Braunton Great Field and the extensive dunes of the Burrows and Saunton Beach.

The accommodation provided forms the whole of the garden level of Dervia House. Access from the private and secluded garden is into a lobby area from which is the fully equipped shower room and the large bedroom. This is set with twin beds but can be provided as a superking upon request.

In the room you will find tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, hairdryer, radio and LCD TV with Freeview. FREE Wifi available.   .

The garden and patio with furniture is the place for a relaxing evening.   There is a barbeque if you want - we can provide the plates and cutlery.

Breakfast

Breakfast can be taken in the upper floor lounge ( or on the balcony if preferred ).   Your choice of cereals, yogurts, fruit and full English breakfast with locally sourced products.
